Lucky Wheel Campaign Terms

1. About the Campaign

The Lucky Wheel Campaign gives eligible users the opportunity to win discounts on international shipping.

Once a spin opportunity has been added to your account, visit the campaign page through the promotional pop-up or banner on the homepage. Use your available spin to reveal your shipping coupon.

Participation is subject to the terms below.

2. Ways to Receive a Spin

2.1 New Users
Newly registered users can obtain 1 Spin Wheel chance by entering any influencer invite code.
Rules:
Only available for newly registered users
Each account can receive only one spin chance through an invite code
Any influencer invite code is valid
2.2 Existing Users
Existing users can obtain 1 Spin Wheel chance after a parcel has been successfully delivered and signed for.
Rules:
Each delivered parcel grants 1 spin chance
The spin chance will be issued once the tracking status shows Delivered / Signed

3. Available Prizes

Every valid spin produces one shipping discount coupon selected at random by the campaign system.

Possible coupon values are:

10% off international shipping
15% off international shipping
20% off international shipping
25% off international shipping
30% off international shipping
40% off international shipping

The result shown after the wheel stops is the reward assigned to that spin.

4. Where to Find Your Coupon

There is no need to claim a winning coupon manually. After the spin is completed, the coupon will be placed directly in the corresponding account.

To view it, go to:

Wallet → Coupons

This page will show the discount amount, applicable conditions, and expiration date.

5. Using a Lucky Wheel Coupon

Coupons awarded by the Lucky Wheel:

Apply only to eligible international shipping charges.
May be used only once and on one parcel.
Cannot be stacked with another coupon unless HioBuy specifically states otherwise.
Have no cash value.
Cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for another benefit.
Will become unusable once they expire.

If an order or parcel does not meet the conditions displayed on the coupon, the discount cannot be applied.

6. Expiration and Time Standard

A Lucky Wheel coupon remains available for 15 days starting from the moment it is issued.

The expiration time shown under Wallet → Coupons will be used to determine whether the coupon is still valid. HioBuy cannot restore or extend a coupon after it has expired.
